Trump The Chump

Recommended Posts

The political advisor who wrote it should run for office, as Bernie Sanders' VP. It also discusses much more than the income gap, did you stop reading there?.

This country is a mess, and wasting $$ on border walls only isolates us further and perpetuates the 9/11 syndrome of fear.

A fear spoon fed to the masses via the media.

That said, I'm happy...but apparently the majority of the country is not. No surprise considering the majority are spiritually bankrupt, a factor not mentioned in the article.

An article most agree with on a well used political forum in which I discuss these matters regularly.

Glad I'll be dead by the time the socioeconomic civil war begins,

Actually I am a little pissed off about $$, hotels anywhere near Yellowstone charge NYC festival summer prices. Too many rich people driving up prices.

No wonder people buy campers.

I believe we need a border wall so I don’t think it’s a waste of money.

Seriously, where do they get that most people in the country is unhappy? The only unhappy people that I see are the progressive left wing liberals. If you watch main stream media you would think that the majority thinks like them. They are the most hysterical and unhinged group I’ve ever seen. That’s why I enjoy discussing this stuff with you. Even though I think you are wrong, you present a rational(albeit misguided) argument.

I don’t like high prices in parks either but you have to remember that those are all seasonal businesses and only have four months to make a living. Have you priced campers lately??

Yes I quit reading when I realized what it really is (a call for socialism) That’s when I researched who the author was. There was no further information that I need after looking at some of his other publications.

Contrary to what the media would like you to believe, the country is in a lot better shape today than it was one year ago. In my opinion we are on the right track.

About the wall and this isolation . I firmly believe that we must have a wall for a number of reasons. I’ll just encompass it all as a necessity for national security. A wall to secure the border does not isolate us, it secures us. It will not stop people’s desire to come here.

Trump's unpredictability may actually be a huge deterrent to Russian, Iranian, and North Korean aggressive misbehavior - and maybe even nuclear war.

Obama was very predictable - he wasn't gonna do jack shit about anything and Russia, Iran, North Korea, China, etc... all knew it. They prolly laffed their asses off about his pretended resolve.

But he world views Trump as a being a narcissistic, whacked out, psycho. And a VERY impulsive one, at that. That kind of character is someone they can identify with, and have that weird fear-respect thing that crazy tyrants and other autocrats and fascist fucks share. hahaha!. "Better not fuck with Trump. He's crazy enough to blow us all to kingdom come. lol. Or is he sane, rational, shrewd, but doesn't give a fuk about world opinion?

Well, I dunno but either way it seems to work.

Why do you feel we need a border wall with Mexico?.

"Doubling down on a failed policy of border militarization by adding more fences and walls is not only moronic because it would continue, at great cost, a demonstrably counterproductive strategy for restricting immigration — but it is also senseless because net undocumented migration from Mexico has stopped. Trump appears not to have received the memo. By the Department of Homeland Security’s own estimates, the total undocumented population peaked at 12 million in 2008, fell by a million by 2009, and since then has fluctuated around 11 million people."

And even if we needed one, prisons are no longer built with walls for good reason; too expensive and ineffective. Razor wire topped fencing with pressure sensors is the way to go.

Then you simply send a drone from the office, much more cost effective than the army with binoculars currently in use.

Also, leaders need to have at least some measure of humility when learning on the job.

Trump has none, unfortunately arrogant people don't learn by their mistakes. Every marked police unit was on the road here January 17', in a show of force during the inauguration.

As if to say, "I'm in charge now". No other President in history I know of has felt the need for this.

This country was founded on greed, and it will fall by greed. For the record, I've disliked EVERY President since JFK; as none of them have the balls to do the right thing.

That being the removal of private banking interests from our political process:

"A typical federal election cycle now

involves at least $7 billion in campaign financing,

and billions of dollars more in corporate lobby-

ing outlays that are indirect forms of campaign

financing. Because of profoundly damaging

Supreme Court decisions, most especially

Citizens United, billionaires and large corpora-

tions are able to make enormous and essentially

untraceable campaign contributions to candi-

dates. There is a strong and correct feeling

among Americans that the government does

not serve their interest, but rather the interest

of powerful lobbies, wealthy Americans, and

of course, the politicians themselves. Political

scientists such as Martin Gilens have shown that

only rich Americans have real input into political

decision making".

#Stop Illegal Aliens from entering our country is number one priority so we can find out and deal with who is already here.

I'm kind of busy now but I have a lot more to add.

Doubling down on what border policy? The only failed policy is the failure of the Federal government to secure the border. Those figures are misleading because nobody really knows how many illegal border crossing actually occur. Also, even if border crossing are down now, it's because of current enforcement policies. What is really telling id the over reaction to Trumps proposal to have the citizenship question on the census in 2020. Why would anybody be opposed to asking if you are a US citizen???(Only somebody here illegally and liberal activists) As soon as another liberal administration takes power we would see more illegal crossings.

Why is the cost of elections such a big concern when it's all private money??? Trump took very little campaign contributions and spent a fraction of what the democrats spent It's only an issue when the dems are out of power. Profoundly damaging Supreme Court decision???? Damaging to who?

When you get to the heart of this publication, you will again see that it's a diatribe about the rich having more influence than the poor.... and that all the problems are caused by rich billionaires. Another Socialist wanting to take money and power from those who have it and redistribute it to those who don't.

Biz.....the entire Democratic Party agenda is all about redistribution of wealth. They promote  that by punishing those that have the wealth it will improve the lives of those of us who don't have wealth. The push the idea that the world must be a fair place and competition is bad. They want everybody on a level playing field. It has been attempted countless times and failed miserably every single time. The problem is that we are a competitive species and the idea of the government being able to come in and take something from me to help someone else without my permission goes against everything we are made of. I'm also saying we are a very caring species and most of us willingly help those less fortunate.

I guess you need to ask yourself what kind of society that you want to live in. One that the government makes the decisions for you or one where you make decisions for yourself.

Back to the border......Have you been paying attention to the news? Over 1000 migrants are caravanning across Mexico to try to reach the US. There are activist lawyers from the states helping them. The plan is to have them disperse when the near the border and try to cross at several locations.

BUILD THAT WALL!!

Ya know, Trump may or may not be guilty of who knows what, but there's a growing list of very BAD realities have materialized as a result of this burgeoning left-right civil war.

1. Freedom of speech is dead - anything varying from the sacred political narrative is forbidden and those that harbor or worse, promulgate such thoughts, are smeared for their heresy.

2. You are no longer innocent until proven guilty. Accusation is sufficient evidence for conviction.

3. Attorney-client privilege is a thing of the past.

4. The 4th Amendment is in critical condition.

5. The 2nd amendment (and its authors) is seen as a villain by half the population.

6. Unbiased journalism doesn't exist. America has been dragged down to the level of stupidity where their appetite is only for propaganda that bolsters their own political views and viciously attacks that of their critics.

7. Federal laws are meaningless and arbitrarily interpreted and applied, depending on which political worldview is in power and where at the moment

8. Public education and entertainment is owned by one particular worldview - one that despises anything contrary to itself.

9. Racial tensions are deliberately stoked for political gain

10. And on and on and on... but basically, bottom line, we're probably all fucked - it's just a matter of time
