4 squares (4 oz) unsweetened chocolate
1 cup cannabutter
4 eggs, beaten
2 cups sugar
2 Tablespoons real vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 bag Andes mint chips for baking or chop up 1 box of Andes wrapped mints OR 2 cups chopped pecans and 1 cup shredded coconut
Heat oven to 350 f degrees.
Either grease or line with parchment paper a 13 x 9 baking dish.
In large saucepan, or in the microwave, melt the chocolate and butter Then Add the eggs, sugar, and vanilla, and stir well.
Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt, then add the mint chips and stir until well blended.
Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
